I wake up at night thinking hopefully tomorrow Instagram will make me seen. It is kind of sad. Actually, it is really sad.

If I truly want to embrace my life and create an extraordinary world, I have to generate my own support. No doubt do I need to rely on healthy support from others, but they cannot be a sole reliance.‍ ‍

The practice of pausing is a breath of fresh air. Simply being aware is all it takes. We don’t need to be uber mindful to do this, we simply need to adjust the way we view nature. To fully embrace it, and allow it to soothe our inner interior we need to recognize it

One early and very clear morning, we passed by a flock of sheep grazing in a field - they looked so content in the tall grass, enjoying one another's company. The energy coming from this field was almost poetic; it was soft and calm, and it felt like a place I could linger and just witness the joy.
