The Practice
A practice of keeping something good from an ordinary day.
Three blooms gathered together, each preserving a moment from the garden. This piece is an invitation to keep something good from an ordinary day—a kind exchange, a meal enjoyed slowly, the light falling across your table. Small moments can pass before we have fully enjoyed them. Giving one a little attention lets it stay with us longer.
Hold this piece and return to one small moment from today that you would like to keep. Remember the details that made it yours: a sound, a colour, a feeling. Give yourself a little time to enjoy it again.
