Medium: Plaster with Wild Clay Wash tinted with French terracotta pigment
Dimensions: 2.5” Square
The Practice
A practice of being kinder to yourself.
Hold the piece gently and think of something you’ve been giving yourself a hard time about. Imagine a person you love telling you the same thing. What would you want them to hear?
Offer those words to yourself while you hold the piece. Let them be simple and believable—something you can return to when you need a little kindness.
“I can be gentle with myself today.”
