Dimensions: 2” Round
The Practice
A practice in recognising your own growth
A single bloom rises above its slender leaves, every small detail preserved. This piece invites you to notice the ways you are growing, even when change feels slow. Perhaps something comes more easily now, you trust your own decisions a little more, or you have begun making room for something that matters to you. These quieter changes deserve acknowledgement, too.
Hold this piece and consider one way you have grown that you rarely give yourself credit for. Let it be something small and true. Spend a moment acknowledging what it took to get here, without asking yourself what comes next.
