The Practice
A practice of remembering the ease of being with someone who lets you be fully yourself.
Three blooms rest beside one another, their stems crossing while each keeps its own shape. A small reminder of the comfort of being yourself in good company. There are people whose presence lets us soften, who make room for us exactly as we are. This piece offers a moment to remember those connections and the sense of belonging they bring.
Hold this piece and bring to mind someone with whom you feel entirely yourself. Rest for a moment in the memory of being together—their voice, a shared laugh, or the ease of sitting quietly beside them. Let that feeling keep you company.
