Botanical: Gomphrena Globosa
Pressed: October 10, 2026
Medium: Plaster with Wild Clay Wash
Dimensions: 4” Round
The Practice
A practice of patience with what is becoming.
Rest the piece in your palm. Notice its weight and the place where your hand meets its edges. Take a few unhurried breaths.
Look at the larger bloom and the small bud beside it. Let them bring to mind something in your own life that is still taking shape—a wish, an idea, a part of yourself you are getting to know.
Ask yourself: “What would help this grow without rushing it?”
Perhaps a little attention. A small, humble beginning. Permission to rest and allow more to be revealed.
Choose one gentle thing you can offer it today. Then quietly say:
“I can give this time.”
Reminder - There is nothing more healing than time itself.
